If your organization is already using the BioDigital Human, it's easy to join their team using either a team invite link (new and existing users) or a team invite code (existing users only).

Note: If you are already a member of a team (which you can confirm by going to the Team page in your account), you will need to be removed from your current team before you can join a new one. Submit a request here and our Customer Experience will take care of this for you.

• When you open your team invite link, the top of the page should say "Join the [Your Organization Name] team."

  If you are signing up for the first time, enter your name, your email address, and a password, and click Sign up with email, or use the Google signup button at the top.
  

  If you already have a user account, click "Already have an account? Sign in" at the bottom of the page and log in with your existing credentials.

• 1. Log in to your account and click the    profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
  2. Select Team from the drop-down menu.
     
  3. Enter the team invite code that was provided to you by your team's Administrator.
     
  4. Click Join Team.
