While do our best to minimize the size of our files while maintaining a high level of detail, sometimes the BioDigital Human’s 3D models can result in slow loading. But as a rule, the newer the device and the stronger your wireless connection, the faster your app will load.
If your Human app is loading slowly, check your Wi-Fi connection to make sure it’s working properly. Low bandwidth can contribute to slow loading.
If you’re using an older device, it’s possible that the app is not optimized for your device. We recommend trying the app again when you upgrade to a new device. If you have questions about your device, submit a support ticket.
