My Personal Plus or Premium subscription was canceled due to payment failure

If you have a Personal Plus or Individual Premium (legacy) subscription, it's important to keep your payment information up to date.

If one of your payments fails (because, for example, your credit card is expired or you've exceeded your spending limit), our system will make two more attempts to charge the card on file. After three failed attempts, your subscription will be automatically canceled, and you'll lose access to our premium content and features.

If your subscription has been canceled due to a payment issue, you can restore premium access to your account by simply upgrading again with a valid form of payment.
