When you sign up for a free trial of one of our School or Business plans, you have 14 days to explore and decide if the BioDigital Human is a good fit for your team or institution.

At the end of your free trial, you'll have two options:

1. Upgrade to one of our paid plans.

Contact our sales team and they can help you choose the School or Business plan that is right for you. 

2. Let your trial expire.

When your trial ends, your account will automatically be downgraded to our free Personal plan. (This includes other members of your team.) However, all of your saved models and team settings will remain intact in case you would like to upgrade to a paid plan later.

Teams with expired trials have following limits within the platform:

• 10 model views per month per user
• 5 saved models in My Library per user
• No access to Publish tools
• No access to team member management tools
• New users will not be able to join the team

If you are a team Administrator and would prefer to delete your team at the end of your trial, submit a request here and select the ticket category Delete my team (free trials only).

If you are a non-Administrator member of a team and would like to leave your team, submit a request here and select the ticket category Remove members from my team.
