BioDigital's Customer Experience team may request a log and/or screenshot of your web browser's console when helping you troubleshoot a technical issue. In many cases, reviewing the contents of your console—in which various types of errors occurring on a given web page are logged—can help us determine the cause of an issue much more effectively than screenshots and descriptions alone.
Follow the steps below to open your console and download a log of the errors.
Note: To make sure you are capturing the right information, please collect the console log on the page where the issue is occurring, after the page has fully loaded.
