Important: As of May 1, 2026, the Personal Plus plan has been retired, and the free Personal plan has been updated to focus exclusively on Anatomy & Physiology (A&P) content. If you are a Personal Plus subscriber, you will retain access to your account until the end of your billing cycle. Existing subscribers can use this article to manage their accounts until their transition to the free Personal plan. Learn more.

Individual plans

To cancel your Personal Plus or legacy individual premium subscription, choose the app you were using when you upgraded and take the steps provided.

Due to a system error, a small number of Personal Plus subscriptions were automatically renewed for an additional billing cycle after the plan's retirement date of May 1, 2026, when they should have expired. The issue has since been resolved, and all affected subscriptions are now set to expire at the end of their current billing period and will not renew again.

If you were impacted by this error, you are eligible to request a refund for the unexpected renewal charge.

To request a refund, follow the instructions below based on the app you used to purchase your subscription.

    1. Contact our Customer Experience team, and we will process your refund directly.
    1. Open the 3D Human app on your iPhone or iPad and log in.
    2. Tap the  profile icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.
    3. Select Account from the drop-down menu.
    4. Scroll down to the Subscription section and select Request refund.
    5. Review the information provided, and then check the box next to I understand that I am submitting a refund request to Apple.
    6. Select Continue to Apple.
    7. You will be redirected to Apple to complete your request. Choose the reason for your request and select Request Refund.
    8. Note: If you see a message stating Refund Unavailable, Apple could not locate a subscription associated with the Apple account you are currently logged in with. Try logging in to the App Store using a different Apple ID that may have been used to purchase the subscription, and submit your refund request again.

Our School and Business plans cannot be canceled from our apps.

To cancel your paid School or Business plan, please take one of the following steps:

  • Reach out directly to your Account Manager.
  • Submit a request to our Customer Experience team, and please be sure to include the name of your institution or company in your request.
