What operating system version is my computer running?

Mac (OS X)
- Click the apple icon on the upper-left corner of your screen.
- Select About This Mac.
- A window will pop up displaying your operating system name and version.
What browser version am I using?
PC (Windows)

- Open Chrome.
- In the upper-right corner of the browser window, click Menu (the three dots).
- In older versions of Chrome, select About Google Chrome. In newer versions of Chrome, select Help or Help and about, and then select About Google Chrome.

- Open Firefox.
- In the menu bar at the top of your screen, click Help and then select About Firefox. The browser version will be displayed in the information screen.
- Or: On the upper-right corner of the browser window, click Menu (the icon with three horizontal lines) and select the question mark icon at the bottom of the menu. Select About Firefox.

- Open Internet Explorer.
- In the menu bar at the top of your screen, click Help and then select About Internet Explorer. The browser version will be displayed on the screen.
- Or: On the upper-right corner of the browser window, click the gear icon. Select About Internet Explorer.

- Open Microsoft Edge.
- In the top-right corner click More actions and then select Settings.
- Look for your version under About this app.

- In the menu bar at the top of your screen, click Help and then select About Safari.
