If you plan to embed more than one customized 3D model into your website or app, our bulk publishing feature can help you save time by exporting all embed links in a single step.
Follow the steps below to publish multiple models at once.
- In My Library, click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the page (next to the "Sort" button).
- Click Select in the drop-down menu. This will activate selection mode.
- Choose the models you want to publish:
- To select individual models, click each model's tile.
- To select all models in the current collection or view, click Select All in the upper-right corner of the page.
- When you’re finished selecting, click the [#] Selected button in the upper-right corner.

Select Export CSV from the drop-down menu.
A .csv file will be downloaded to your computer’s Downloads folder. This file contains the following information for each model you selected:

Description |
| Title | The name of the model as saved to My Library. |
| ID | The model’s unique identifier (also called its "content ID"). |
| Collection | If applicable, the name(s) of the collection(s) in which the model is stored. |
| URL | A direct, shareable link to the model. |
| iframe | The HTML embed code for embedding the model into a website or app. |
| Author | The first five characters of the email address of the team member who originally saved the model to My Library. |
| Thumbnail URL | A direct link to the model’s thumbnail image. For tours, this will be the thumbnail of the first chapter. Thumbnails can be updated in Studio (see Create and modify positions in my model). |
| Created Date | The date the model was originally saved to My Library. |
| Updated Date | The date the model was last updated, either in Studio or using the Manage menu. |
