However, before you report a bug to our Customer Experience team, we ask that you first take a look at our Troubleshooting articles and follow our recommended troubleshooting steps. Many of the bugs that are regularly reported to our Customer Experience team turn out not to be bugs at all and can be resolved in a few simple steps.
