Once you have saved a model to My Library, you have the option of exporting – or "publishing" – it for use in your website or education materials. With our publishing tools, you can customize the published experience to meet your learners' needs, choose between two available formats for 3D models and one for 2D images, and preview the final model or image.
But if you just want to share your model with a friend or colleague, save a few steps and use Copy URL instead. The Copy URL tool will copy a published (i.e., public) URL with our default publishing preferences to your browser's clipboard.
To copy a URL for use outside of the BioDigital Human:
- Open My Library and find the model you want to share.
- Hover over the model and click More Options in the upper-right corner of the model's tile.
- Select Copy URL from the dropdown menu.
- Paste the URL into an email, note, or wherever you would like.
If you belong to a team, see How do I share a model with my team? (Business plans only) to learn how to share a model with your fellow team members inside the app.
