I'm getting an error message when I try to log in

If you are having trouble logging in to the BioDigital Human, one of the following steps will usually fix the problem:

  1. Make sure you are entering the correct email and password. If you are not sure you are entering the correct password, you can try resetting your password.
  2. Restart your browser or app.
  3. Reboot your device.

If none of these steps solves the problem and you have a Personal Plus, Individual Premium, School, or Business account:

  1. Click here and log in with your BioDigital Human account to open a support ticket.
  2. Select I can't log in or access my account under Ticket Category.
  3. Attach a screenshot of the error you are encountering.
  4. Answer the following questions where it asks What can we help you with? (Learn how to find this information on PC/Mac, iOS, and Android.)
    • What device you are using (type and generation)
    • Which operating system you are running (name and version).
    • Which browser you are using, if applicable (name and version).
    • Screenshots of the error, if applicable.
