If you are having trouble logging in to the BioDigital Human, one of the following steps will usually fix the problem:
- Make sure you are entering the correct email and password. If you are not sure you are entering the correct password, you can try resetting your password.
- Restart your browser or app.
- Reboot your device.
If none of these steps solves the problem and you have a Personal Plus, Individual Premium, School, or Business account*:
- Click here and log in with your BioDigital Human account to open a support ticket.
- Select I can't log in or access my account under Ticket Category.
- Attach a screenshot of the error you are encountering.
- Answer the following questions where it asks What can we help you with? (Learn how to find this information on PC/Mac, iOS, and Android.)
- What device you are using (type and generation)
- Which operating system you are running (name and version).
- Which browser you are using, if applicable (name and version).
- Screenshots of the error, if applicable.
