I'm unable to log in

If you are having trouble logging in to the BioDigital Human, take the following steps:

  1. Double-check the email and password you have entered and make sure they are correct. 

    Note: If you originally signed up with Google or Facebook (legacy), you will need to use your Google or Facebook account to sign in. See I can't log in with Google or Facebook.

  2. Click the Forgot password? on the login page to request a password-reset link. See I forgot my password.
  3. Restart your browser or app.
  4. Reboot your device.
