There are several reasons you might want to leave your BioDigital Human team:
- Your free trial has ended and you would like to upgrade to a Personal Plus plan.
- You accidentally started a free trial and are trying to join your organization's team.
- You are leaving the organization that manages your team.
- You no longer wish to use the BioDigital Human for any other reason.
Regardless of your reason, it only takes a few steps to leave your team. Find your role below and take the steps provided to complete the process.
Tips:
- If you are not sure what your role is, check the Team page in your account. If you do not see a list of team members, you are a Viewer.
- Once you leave your team, you will be able to upgrade to Personal Plus, join a different team, or delete your user account.

If you are a Viewer, you can leave your team at any time by taking the following steps:
- Log in and click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Select Account from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down to the Subscription section, and click Need to leave the team? below your current subscription information.
- More information will appear below, and you will have a chance to confirm that you would like to leave the team.
- Click Leave Team to complete the process.

If you are a Creator, you can leave your team at any time.*
Warning: Before you continue, note that once you leave your team, you will lose access to all models stored in the Team section of My Library. This includes any models you currently own, which will be automatically transferred to an Administrator and retained by the team when you leave your team.
If you are not sure you want to continue, we recommend reaching out to one of your team's Administrators or BioDigital's Customer Experience team for guidance.
To leave your team, take the following steps:
- Log in and click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Select Account from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down to the Subscription section, and click Need to leave the team? below your current subscription information.
- More information will appear below, and you will have a chance to confirm that you would like to leave the team.
- Click Leave Team to complete the process.
*Creators with active developer accounts are the exception to this rule. If you see a "Developer" tag under your name on the Team page, you will not be able to leave the team on your own. If you are an Administrator in a team with an active or expired School or Business plan, you will not be able to leave the team on your own. Instead, you will need to take one of the following steps:
- If there are other Administrators in your team, ask any of them to remove you from the team.
- If you are the only Administrator in your team, first you will need to upgrade another team member to the Administrator role. Once they have Administrator rights, ask them to remove you from the team.
If you are an Administrator in a team with an active or expired free trial, please take the following steps:
- Open a new request for our Customer Experience team.
- Select Account, subscription, or billing questions as your issue.
- Select Close my team (free trials only) as the Ticket Category.
- Fill out all the other requested details and submit your ticket.
